These terms and conditions apply to all bookings. By confirming your booking, you agree to the following policies:

1. Room Rates and Taxes

  • All room rates are per night and include service charges and applicable taxes.

  • Rates are quoted and payable in US dollars or Egyptian pounds (USD).

  • Rates are subject to change based on availability, without prior notice.

2. Booking Guarantee and Payment Policy

  • A valid credit card is required to guarantee your booking.

  • Payment Methods: We accept credit card or bank transfer.

  • If you choose to guarantee your booking with a credit card, the payment will be processed securely through our Fawateer platform. A 4% processing fee will be added to the payment and is non-refundable. Payment is made in your local currency, with no additional fees for international transactions.

  • Full payment for the entire stay is required for all bookings, regardless of season or demand.

3. Cancellation and No-Get-Off Policy

  • Free cancellation is available up to 30 days prior to arrival.

  • Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are subject to a non-refundable deposit equal to the full booking amount.

  • In case of no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged.

4. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in: From 2:00 PM.

  • Check-out: By 11:00 AM.

  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

5. Modifications

  • Booking changes are subject to availability.

6. Smoking Policy

  • The property is non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.

7. Accessibility

Limited accessibility features are available. Please contact us in advance to inform us of your specific needs, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

8. Privacy and Data Use

  • We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your data will only be used for booking management and direct communication purposes.
